This mural is a derivative work of the characters of a copyrighted French comic. I don't think the drawer have the permission from the copyright holders of the comic. So COM:FOP#Germany doesn't apply here. Thibaut120094 (talk) 13:02, 14 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

These poster were created by the Norwegian political group en:W:Ungdom mot EU in 1994. The source https://www.flickr.com/photos/national_archives_of_norway/6262828801/ states the images have no known copyright restrictions, however they are clearly derivative works of copyright comic Asterix. Moreover, the source also mention that these posters were promptly removed from circulation due to infringement of copyright: Ungdom mot EF ble anklaget for å ha brutt bestemmelser i åndsverksloven, og det ble ikke trykket opp flere eksemplarer av heftet..
